My research paper, “Examining the Economic, Environmental and Health Impacts of Menstrual Cups: A Sustainable Solution for Period Care”, has been officially published in the IRJMETS Journal!
This project focuses on raising awareness about menstrual cups, highlighting their health benefits, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact. With most pads made of up to 90% plastic and taking centuries to decompose, it's time we rethink period care.
